Saving Project...

Renovation of a library in Petersburgh, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.

For (1) Design Build Contract for the design and build of a geothermal heating and cooling system for the Petersburgh Town Library located in the Town Library Building of the Town of Petersburgh. All proposals must be accompanied by a Certificate of Insurance showing General Liability and Workers Compensation coverages and naming the Town of Petersburgh as a certificate holder. See Bid Specifications for coverage amounts. In addition, all proposals must be accompanied by a signed Non-Collusive Bidding Certification, and a signed Waiver of Immunity Certificate as noted below CR Number: 2086546 The Town of Petersburgh reserves the right to reject any and all bids for no stated reason and to waive any formalities or technicalities. Bidders are fully responsible for delivery of bids. Reliance upon mail or public carriers is at the bidders risk. Late bids will not be considered.
