Renovation of a military facility in Petersburgh, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Request for Proposal for insulation of Petersburgh Town Hall attic with loose-fill insulation to achieve minimum of R-38 insulation value. sealed bids will be received for (1) Attic Insulation Contract for the removal of existing batt insulation, removal of sheet metal ventilation ducts, removal of electrical and non-electrical wiring not in use, installation of walkway planks across rafters, and installation of loose-fill cellulose or fiberglass insulation to achieve a minimum of R-38 insulation value for the attic of the Petersburgh Town Hall building located in the Town of Petersburgh, New York, in Rensselaer County. The Town of Petersburgh reserves the right to reject any and all bids for no stated reason and to waive any formalities or technicalities. Bidders are fully responsible for delivery of bids. Reliance upon mail or public carriers is at the bidders' risk. Late bids will not be considered.
