The scope of work includes construction of one contiguous building to house CTE classrooms, dining commons, kitchen and all support spaces, approximately 95,000 gross square feet in area. Site demolition scope will require the demolition of a small building and demolition of existing batting cage building to accommodate the new building. New site improvements for this phase to include new practice play field, miscellaneous sidewalks, landscaping, concrete drives, new concrete parking to service the new building, and a mechanical service yard that will serve the new addition and future facility needs.
