A Proposal Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal amount is required. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is highly recommended. The district reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to negotiate with any proposers after submission, and may waive any formalities or minor irregularities regarding the proposals. PKG 3D - GPHS New Batting Cages & Facility Project Location: 1608 11th Street, Galena Park, Texas 77547 The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: New batting cage and locker facility will be located near the high school's existing tennis courts. This will enhance athletic training by providing a versatile space for year-round skill development. The batting cages are designed with retractable netting for flexibility, professional-grade turf to practice hitting, fielding, and other drills for baseball and softball. The conditioned locker facility will include restrooms, showers and coaches office. Substantially Complete by July 10, 2026 Failure to complete and close-out project 60 days after Substantial Completion will result in liquidated damages being assessed in the amount of $1,200.00 per calendar day until close-out occurs.
