Renovation of a fire / police facility in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Work covered under this project consists of the furnishing of all superintendence, overhead, labour, materials, tools, equipment, insurance, fuel, transportation and all things necessary for and incidental to the satisfactory performance and completion of the supply and installation of a new boiler and electric hot water tank including the removal and disposal of the existing two (2) boilers located at RCMP Headquarters in strict accordance with the Specifications and accompanying Drawings and subject to all terms and conditions of the RFQ. Boiler replacement must be accomplished by entering existing doorways only (no entry through walls or roof openings). Contractor is responsible for taking proper precautions regarding hazardous materials and are required to follow all WCB regulation requirements in relation to hazardous materials exposure and construction/renovation guidelines. Award amount was not released for publication.
