*** As per Pauline Alles, this project received no bids and is currently being reevaluated. Plans to rebid are currently unknown. (As of 05/25/2022) The University of Utah - U Facilities is requesting submissions for the following project. Qualifications submittals and subsequent bids will be received by U Facilities for: Neilson Rehab Hospital - NeuroRobotics Lab Buildout. The University of Utah reserves the right to reject any or all submittals or to waive any formality or technicality in any submittal in the interest of the University. The project scope includes full construction services to build out Rooms LL120 and LL124 (currently shelled) on Lower Level 1 of the Craig H. Nielsen Rehabilitation Hospital. This space (approx. 2500 sf) will accommodate a new Neuro Robotics lab and Functional Assessment Lab. The scope of the project also includes removing section of existing floor concrete to provide force plates for motion capture. Project includes all construction, including work for utility connections on the adjacent floors Project includes coordination of owner provided furnishings and equipment The FLCC includes off-hours work, complexity for working in the occupied hospital space, including working around the schedule for patient care areas in adjacent floors.
