The Board of Education of the Township of Mendham in the County of Morris, New Jersey (the Board) is seeking Proposals from qualified Energy Services Companies for the planning, development and implementation of an Energy Savings Plan through an Energy Savings Improvement Program pursuant to the Energy Savings Improvement Program Law, N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-4.6 (P.L. 2009, c. 4, effective March 23, 2009 as amended by P.L. 2012, c. 55, effective September 19, 2012) and N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-4.1 et seq. Proposers shall conform to the applicable requirements of the Public School Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq. and all other applicable laws and regulations. Proposers are required to comply with the affirmative action requirements set forth in N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. (P.L. 1975, c. 127) and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1.1 et seq.
