Description

Renovation of a conference / convention center in Springfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.

Project was awarded to the Following Sub- Contractors: Contracting Specialist Inc - $495,600 (Masonry) no bids received for (Acoustical ceilings) Collin's Electrical Co. - $371,867 (Electrical) Avid Iron works - $13,500 ( Ornamental Iron) North Painting Association- $33,200 (Painting) Installation of digital display panels and kiosk panel for the MassMutual Convention Center (MMC), at 1277 Main Street Springfield, Massachusetts as described and set forth in the Drawings and Specifications. This includes all related electrical, communications and audio-visual work for a complete system. This involves removal and replacement of architectural finishes (exterior masonry veneer walls, ceilings and interior walls); and installation of structural support steel. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
