This project consists of demolishing the existing West wall, earthwork, installing a new concrete retaining wall and concrete pads, metal guardrails, surfacing, and other associated site improvements. Sealed bids shall be submitted to: Tillamook County Public Works, Attention: David McCall, 503 Marolf Loop Road, Tillamook, Oregon 97141. This project consists of improving the west wall and associated site improvements at the Manzanita Transfer Station. The engineer's estimate is between Two Hundred and Eighty-Three Thousand Dollars ($283,000) and Three-Hundred and Sixty-One Thousand Dollars ($361,000).
