The New Jersey Water Supply Authority is requesting Statements of Qualifications and Technical Proposals for professional engineering services for the following project Rehabilitation of the Prallsville Culvert Pit and Miscellaneous Components on the Delaware and Raritan Canal The Authority's Selection Committee will evaluate the Statements of Qualifications, and Technical Proposals using the following list of criteria: a. Approach presented in the Technical Proposal including Schedule for the proposed work. (40 points) b. Experience and technical competence of the personnel proposed for the project. (30 points) c. Record of satisfactory performance by the firm on similar projects. Record must establish the ability to properly manage the contract including project costs, quality control and completion of the work on schedule. The evaluation will consider all members of any joint venture. (15 points) d. Registration as a Small Business in the State of New Jersey. (10 points) The above criteria shall be considered an abbreviated list. Please refer to the RFP for a more detailed description and weighting of the evaluation criteria. After evaluation of all of the submitted Technical Proposals, the highest rated firms, as judged by the Authority's Selection Committee, will be asked to submit a Fee Proposal. Bidders are required to comply with the State of New Jersey Business Registration Certification Act (N.J.S.A. 52:32-44, Affirmative Action Compliance Requirements (N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27), Diane B. Allen Equal Pay Act (P.L. 2018 c.9), Small Business Set Aside Act (N.J.S.A. 52-32-17 et seq.), and P.L. 2005, c. 51 and c. 271 concerning disclosure of political contributions.
