The DPMC is seeking to engage the services of a historic preservation consultant with the objective to update and revise the Master Plan for the Delaware and Raritan Canal State Park. This revised Master Plan will be developed through the use of a multi-disciplinary process that would provide current and comprehensive data, analysis, strategies and recommendations on guiding the physical development and future growth of the Park and assessing and maximizing the potential of its historic, environmental, recreational and water supply resources for the period encompassing 2025-2050 acknowledging the challenges and impacts posed by the increasing effects of climate change. Please note: all consultant(s)/sub-consultant(s) participating on the project team must be separately prequalified by DPMC in the discipline(s) for which they will be providing professional services. If a firm is not currently prequalified, a completed prequalification application must be received by TUESDAY, MARCH 04, 2025 no later than 4:00 p.m., and the firm must be prequalified in the required disciplines no later than the date Technical Proposals are due in order for a firm to be eligible to submit on this project.
