Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a civil project in Boydton, Virginia. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of August 10, 2022 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on the end of the month** FM Project No: 62X0431 This project will be partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration (EDA Award # 01-01-15126) and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program. The principle work to be performed under this contract consists of, but not limited to the following improvements: Expansion of the Town of Boydton's WWTP including: 200,000 gallon equalization tank, meter and control vault, dechlorination building, tank drain pump station, site sanitary sewer and forcemain, new outfall structure, demolish existing outfall, SCADA system upgrade, access road repaving, 2,969 LF of 12" gravity sewer, rehabilitation of 2,432 LF of 8" gravity sewer and 12 manholes, new aerial creek crossing, two (2) fiberglass metering manholes, controls, electrical, and gravel access road.
