Birch Street and Date Street Intersection Patch. An approximate patch of 90 LFX a width that varies 25 to 45 feet. Sawcut and match, Pave with WISDOT spec. type LT 58-28 S asphalt mix compacted to 2 1/2 inches. Approximately 3,000 Square Feet. Saw cutting as needed. Questions may be directed to Jon Witter at 715-881-1136. The Village of Tigerton may reject any or all bids on any basis and without disclosure for any reason. The failure to make a disclosure shall not result in accrual of any right, claim or cause of action against the Village of Tigerton. The Village also reserves the right to waive any formalities or informalities in bidding, and to select the bid that, in its opinion, will best serve the interest of the Village of Tigerton.
