Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tigerton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
** As of 07/18/2025 prooject has been awarded to Sunrise Trucking & Excavating LLC. with $186,993.30.** The Project Includes the Following Work: Approximate 450 Lf of Roadway Extension of Konheiser Court in the Village of Tigerton. Work Includes 550' of Hdpe Water Service (2") Including Saddle, Corporation, Curb Stop and Curb Box; 60' of Cmp Storm Sewer Including Endwalls and Riprap; Roadway Grading, Geotextile Fabric, Breaker Run, Dense Graded Base, Hot Mix Asphalt, Gravel Shoulders, and Gravel Driveway. Clearing and Grubbing, Traffic Control, Site Restoration and Erosion Control Are Included in the Project. The Anticipated Substantial Completion Date is October 31, 2025 and Final Completion Date is November 14, 2025. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A.
