West Gilman Street: Install new sharrows and contra-flow bike lane. Maintain one lane of traffic on Gilman Street. All on-street parking may be removed, see Attachment A for details. Work hours are weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. University Avenue at North Park Street: Remove the existing green and install new green preformed thermoplastic dashes and new markings, see Attachment B for details. An image of the current condition of the existing green markings is included (Attachment C). Maintain left turns from westbound University Avenue to southbound Park Street. Maintain one lane of northbound Park Street. Work hours are weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. All traffic lanes shall be reopened by 4:00 p.m. All work for both locations shall be completed by the end of day, Friday, August 8, 2025.
