This project includes the construction of an off-street shared-use path on the northerly side of W. Badger Rd and westerly side of N. Rusk Ave between the existing pedestrian overpass bridge on W. Badger Rd to Nygard St. It also includes partial reconstruction of W. Badger Rd and reconstruction of N. Rusk Ave within the same limits. The Prime Contractor will perform at least 30 percent of the original contract amount with the contractor s own organization as per Section 108.1.2 of the current edition of the WisDOT Standard Specifications for Highway and Structure Construction.
