The village will review the overall cost when making their decision and reserves the right to reject any or all bids if the estimate is not within their budget. Any and all culvert work shall be done by the village of Tigerton. Shoulder work will also be done by the village. OPTION #1 Project Scope: Pulverize and overlay West Alder street, from North Beech Street to 1060 ft to the west. Approximately 1060 LF, width varies from 19 FT to 23 FT Pulverize existing asphalt pavement base course Fine grade, crown, water and compact base course material Pave with WISDOT Spec type LT 58-28 S Asphalt mix compacted to an average of 3 inches in two lifts of 1.5" each Approximately 21,340 Square Feet Full depth saw cut as needed, approximately 50 LF Description: Beginning by match radius of West Alder Street with West edge of North Beech Street. Continue west at a width of 23 feet wide for a distance of 290 feet, then a 10:1 taper for 20 feet down to 19 feet wide, then West for 750 feet at 19 feet wide, sawcut and match existing. OPTION #2 West Alder Street, this option is adjacent to OPTION #1, pave over the existing gravel area in front of the four existing homes on the North side of West Alder Street, from the north edge of the eastbound lane, to the edge of the existing sidewalk. Pave with WISDOT Spec type LT 58-28 S Asphalt mix compacted to an average of 2.5 inches An approximate area of 11 LF x 200 LF An area of 2200 Square Feet Grade and compact, grade to drain to the west OPTION #3 Two asphalt patches on County View Circle, located in Liberty Estates subdivision. Shoulder work will be done by the village.
