Clarification Deadline: 5/31/2022 5:00 PM This project involves approximately fourteen (14) storm sewer repairs in various locations in the Municipality of Penn Hills including, but not limited to: the removal and replacement of existing storm pipe and structures; placement of new storm pipe and structures; associated site and pavement restoration; erosion and sedimentation controls; storm sewer excavation spot repairs; utility coordination and protections; resident notifications; site access and restoration; NASSCO compliant post-repair CCTV; and all traffic control and restoration of disturbed areas, complete in place. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of Municipality of Penn Hills, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania in an amount equal to ten (10) percent of the total amount of the Proposal. Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) days beyond the time of bid opening. The Municipality of Penn Hills, Pennsylvania reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all Proposals.
