The County of Sonoma is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of one (1) new and unused 15kW, 240/120V, 1 phase generator set in weatherproof, sound attenuated enclosure, with 123 gallon sub-base tank that will provide 72 hrs of generator operation for full 15kW load industrial diesel engine-driven generator set and associated accessories and services per the minimum specification sheet entitled "Attachment A Diesel Generator Minimum Specifications.pdf". Any reference to specific make or models is for solely to provide bidders information of known acceptable manufactures. The County will accept "or equal" bids. If bidding "or equal" make or models bidders must submit complete manufactures specification and drawings with their bid submission failure to do so will be cause for rejection of bidder's submission. The County's determination of equivalency shall be final. INSPECTION: The County reserves the right before payment or acceptance to inspect all goods and workmanship, and shall have the right to reject all goods and workmanship that do not conform to the Purchase Order or Contract, provided; however, the County is under no duty to make such inspection. The County reserves the right to extend the date of acceptance of goods or workmanship in the event it determines that the nonconforming goods or workmanship can be reasonably cured.
