The work includes approximately 15,195 S.Y. of Single Layer Bituminous Surface Treatment with Fog Seal (Oil & Chip). Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the form of a certified check or bid bond in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid made payable to the order of Sadsbury Township, Chester County, PA. All Forms and Papers required to accompany the bid must be up-loaded to PennBID prior to the date and time bids are to be received. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a ContractoraEUR(TM)s Performance Bond and a Labor and MaterialmenaEUR(TM)s Bond in an amount of the accepted bid. . The Surety Company and form of surety shall be subject to the approval of Sadsbury Township, Chester County, PA.
