Riverfront Office Center East Parking Lot Project Property Management, Inc. on behalf of Dauphin County General Authority is seeking bids for parking lot construction at the Riverfront Office Center, 1101 S. Front Street, Harrisburg, PA 17104. This project includes, but is not limited to, preparing existing surface, resurfacing, excavation, concrete, reinforced pavers, retaining wall installation, and line striping. This is a "public work" project for purposes of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Therefore, all workmen employed on this project must be paid prevailing minimum wages. Each bidder is required to submit, with their sealed bid, a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the total amount of the bid. Each bidder must have attended pre-bid meeting to be eligible to bid. Dauphin County General Authority reserves the right to adjust quantities and reject any or all bids or proposals.
