Renovation of a municipal facility in Hedley, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Chuchuwayha Hall is a historic community hall located on Reserve Lands to the south of Hwy 3 in the town of Hedley, BC. The hall is currently vacant. The successful rehabilitation of the Chuchuwwayha Hall will create a year-round community resource for the purpose of facilitating indoor/outdoor cultural gatherings. Chuchuwayha Hall requires substantial repairs. The scope of these repairs is illustrated in the attached drawings by Heritageworks (attached). This includes but is not limited to: selective demolition new mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems construction of new bathrooms construction of a new serving/catering kitchen The Project Representative for this RFP is: Gordon Macdonald Heritageworks Ltd.
