All work will be performed within the confines of the JBLM-McChord Military Installation, at Fort Lewis, WA. The Wage Determination: General Decision Number: WA20220013 02/25/2022; State: Washington; Construction Type: Building; County: Pierce County in Washington, will govern work under this contract. The bid guarantee in the amount shall be at least 20% of the bid price or $5,000,000 whichever is less. Performance and payment bonds must equal 100 percent of the original contract price.
