Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lehigh Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As indicated below and in attachment 1-A The Contractor is to place the type and depth of material listed in the Schedule of Prices. All depth to be compacted in place and work to include tack coat as per PennDOT Specifications Form 408, milling of pavement notches at intersecting roads and driveways and sealing of joints and utilities. Full width paving is not permitted. Prevailing wage rates apply to this contract and are attached. Superpave wearing course on Indian Trial Road and Cottonwood Road. 21,589 sq. yards in place. This contract is subject to prevailing wage rates Bids will potentially be awarded at the regular scheduled Supervisor Meeting to be held on June 14, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. 10% Bid bond or certified check must accompany the bids. Successful bidder must submit a performance bond equal to 100% of the proposed project. Lehigh Twp reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or a portion of a bid based upon budgetary constraints.
