This contract is subject to prevailing wage rates Bids will potentially be awarded at the regular scheduled Supervisor Meeting to be held on May 11, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. 10% Bid bond or certified check must accompany the bids. Successful bidder must submit a performance bond equal to 100% of the proposed project. Lehigh Twp reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or a portion of a bid based upon budgetary constraints.
