Renovation of an educational facility in Newell, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of July 19 the project was awarded to Black Hills Flooring for $18,665.15. Rubber floor must interlock. - Installer must include wall base with installation-room dimensions 35 x 40 - Quote must include installation of flooring. The Board of Education will pass upon the opened bids at the above address or other pre-designated place of meeting within thirty (30) days. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities. The Newell School District #9-2 does not pay Federal Excise Tax, under section 6416 of the Internal Revenue code, applicable to the above items. This tax should not be included in the bid price. Envelopes containing bids must be sealed and marked in the upper left-hand corner with the name and address of the bidder, identification of the bid, and the date and hour of the opening. The Newell School District #9-2 Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. PLEASE NOTE: FAXED BIDS ARE UNACCEPTABLE
