Renovation of a recreation facility in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.
The Work covered under this project consists of the furnishing of all superintendence, overhead, skilled labour, materials, tools, equipment, insurance, fuel, transportation and all things necessary for and incidental to the satisfactory performance and completion of replacement of South Surrey Rec Roof Top Unit Replacement, located at South Surrey Recreation Centre 14601 20th Ave, Surrey, British Columbia (the "Place of Work") in strict accordance with the Specifications and accompanying Drawings and subject to all terms and conditions of the Contract. The Work consists of but is not necessarily limited to the following: Supply and installation of two roof top condensing units, and all associated electrical, controls and roof repairs Removal and disposal of two existing roof top units, Installation of new Standard or High efficient RTU(s) (Dependant on separate pricing), All Hoisting and moving of old and new units, New curbs and sleepers as necessary and roofing repairs, and All associated electrical, controls and seismic. All work noted in construction notes and mechanical and electrical specification
