Renovation of a fire / police facility in Surrey, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Work covered under this project consists of the furnishing of all superintendence, overhead, labour, materials, tools, equipment, insurance, fuel, transportation and all things necessary for and incidental to the satisfactory performance and completion of skylight replacements and minor repairs of City Centre RCMP – Skylight and Window Replacements, located at 10720 King George Blvd., Surrey, British Columbia (the “Place of Work”) in strict accordance with the Specifications and accompanying Drawings and subject to all terms and conditions of the Contract. The general components of the Work include: Mobilization and Demobilization; Access and site protection; Hazardous material abatement; Skylight and window replacements; Water testing of new units; and Miscellaneous minor repairs. Cancelled - Plans to retender has not been determined.
