Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The Work consists of but is not necessarily limited to the following: Supply and installation of four roof top units, five AC units, one MUA unit and all associated electrical, controls and roof repairs Removal and disposal of four existing roof top units, five AC units and one MUA unit. Installation of new Standard or High efficient RTU(s) (Dependant on separate pricing), All Hoisting and moving of old and new units, New curbs and sleepers as necessary and roofing repairs, and All associated electrical, DDC controls and seismic. All work noted in construction notes and mechanical and electrical specification
