CITY OF ALBANY SECURITY AND FIRE ALARM MONITORING AND TESTING AT APD the City of Albany (City), Oregon, is requesting proposals from qualified firms for security and fire alarm monitoring and testing for the Albany Police Department at three Albany locations. The contract will be for a five-year contract term, beginning August 2022, through July 31, 2027. The scope of services include Inspect, test, and maintain security and fire alarm systems, and fire suppression systems annually. Monitor fire alarm and security alarm systems. Service all systems, as needed. Provide necessary equipment for security and fire alarm monitoring, i.e., cameras and motion detection devices. Provide 360 cellular motion detector alarm service. Inspections must be NFPA 25 compliant for fire systems and City annual backflow device testing. The Request for Proposals can be downloaded from the City of Albany website. The City will post all addenda on the City website. Prospective proposers are solely responsible for checking the website to determine if addenda or clarifications have been issued.
