Site work for a water / sewer project in Claxton, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials required to repair, sandblast, and paint the City of Hagan's 200,000 Gallon Elevated Tank. Time allotted for completion of work is seventy-five (75) calendar days. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Work will be awarded in one (1) Contract. The physical address of the tank is: 251 Hodges Street, Claxton, GA 30417. Offerors must demonstrate the following in order for the proposal to be accepted: A. Successful Rehabilitation of a minimum of five (5) water tanks in the last three (3) years. Provide the address and Owner contact information and the installation date for each. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified cashier's check in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid. Funding is to be provided by the City of Hagan and the American Rescue Plan Act.
