Renovation of an educational facility in Claxton, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Evans County Charter School System (ECCSS) is seeking competitive sealed proposals for a natural gas 200 amp phase three Generator. This contract/agreement shall cover a replacement generator at Claxton Elementary School with the following specifications: -60KW Natural Gas with at least a 5.7 Liter Engine -208V/120V 3 Phase 60 Hertz -ASCO 200-amp Phase Transfer Switch -Battery Charger and Block Heater -Delivery and Setup -Removal & disposal of existing generator Preferred installation within 30 days of the delivery of the generator. All technical questions regarding this RFP should be directed in writing, preferably by email, to Dr. Jordan at tjordan@evanscountyschools.org. Questions shall be submitted no later than 12:00 p.m. on November 30, 2023. Questions submitted after that date and time will not be answered. If applicable, answers citing the question asked, but not identifying the questioner, will be distributed to all known prospective vendors.
