The Evans County Charter School System (ECCSS) is seeking competitive sealed proposals for Grounds Maintenance/Landscaping Contract Services. It is the intent of the ECCSS to contract for these services through an annual contract. Grounds Maintenance/Landscaping Contract Services covered under this agreement shall include Scope of Work, Performance Period/Term of Agreement, Proposal Contents, Evaluation/Award Criteria, ECCSS Reservations/Responsibilities, and Procurement Rules and Information. This contract/agreement shall cover the below listed District owned facilities, grounds, and medians as follows: Grounds maintenance and landscaping of approximately 47 acres (diagram below) surrounding Claxton Elementary School, Claxton Middle School, Claxton High School, and Tiger Town Stadium. Athletic facilities are excluded from this contract. All technical questions regarding this RFP should be directed in writing, preferably by email, to Dr. Jordan. Questions shall be submitted no later than 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 22, 2023. Questions submitted after that date and time will not be answered. If applicable, answers citing the question asked, but not identifying the questioner, will be distributed to all known prospective vendors. Failure to submit requests in writing by the specified time shall not be grounds for a protest.
