The City of Ingleside is looking to install electrical service, lighting, and outlets to the new Recycling Center building located at 1580 Fourth St. Ingleside, TX 78362. The following are specs and requirements for bids: Install 3-phase 200-amp service panel with disconnect to side of building Energize service panel from AEP pole - *to be field located* Provide breaker panel for 3-phase service to recycling balers Provide single phase for lighting and 110 outlets inside of building - can be combined with main panel or as separate sub-panel Provide twelve (12) Hyperlite HERO series 150-watt LED high bay lights - equivalent lights may be used but must meet same specs Provide Wall Pack units for exterior security lighting - estimated at eight (8) fixtures *to be field located/verified* Lights to be install as per plan -- attached Provide power receptacles as per electrical code throughout building - estimated eight (8) outlets *to be field located/verified* All vendors are responsible for site and field verifications and ensuring that proposed materials meet City of Ingleside's acceptance and approval. Scope must be followed but recommendations for additional and/or modifications to the scope for better value or cost savings will be considered and evaluated by the City of Ingleside. All permits are required to be pulled with the City of Ingleside. The service charge will be waived for the awarded vendor on this project. City of Ingleside requires the following insurances to be held by vendors throughout the life of the project: $1M Liability Insurance; $1M Commercial Vehicle Insurance; Worker's Compensation Insurance Envelope must be marked with vendor name and the project title "Pool House Roof Repair."
