As of May 29, 2024, this project is in the conceptual phase. It is on hold and pending funding. An architect has not been selected. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Bristol Tennessee, herein after referred to as City, is seeking the services of an individual or firm to provide Conceptual Plans, Drawings, cost estimates, contract documents and construction administration for renovations of the Slater Community Center. These renovations will include restrooms, flooring, fire escape, and ADA Access. The intent of the City is to execute an agreement with the successful firm with experience in projects of this nature for municipal and or other governmental entities to provide architectural services for conceptual plans, drawings and cost estimates for completion of specified renovations The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received and to waive informalities on all or any part of any proposal which may be deemed to be in the best interests of the City. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
