Reference number : 1608041 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-06-06 Electronic bid submission accepted: No The Municipality of Lac-Beauport requires tenders for work entitled: Redevelopment of the Chemin de l'Éperon between the Chemin du Tour-du-Lac and the Pont de l'Éperon. Object of the contract: The successful bidder must carry out work of spraying the paving, leveling, construction of sidewalks and curbs, preparation and laying of layers of asphalt as well as landscaping work on Chemin de l'Éperon between the Chemin du Tour-du-Lac and the Pont de l'Éperon , over a length of about 200 meters. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. A bid guarantee of 10% of the submitted price including taxes must accompany the bid. award is subject to final approval.
