The County of Yolo is requesting looking for qualified licensed recreation vendors for the Yolo County Parks Division to provide water-based recreation services to Knights Landing, Elkhorn Regional Park and Clarksburg Boat Launches per specifications outlined in this Request for Information (RFI).This is just a Request for Information to find qualified suppliers. Yolo County Parks Division is seeking qualified licensed recreation vendors able to provide water-based recreation services to the Knights Landing, Elkhorn Regional Park, and Clarksburg Boat Launches located along the Sacramento River. Approximately 20.5 miles of river connect the Knights Landing and Elkhorn boat launches, and approximately 30 miles between the Elkhorn and Clarksburg Boat Launches. This presents a unique opportunity to create a "Connective Recreation Corridor" between the three sites. The County is specifically interested in providing paddle board, fishing, site seeing, water taxi, kayak, canoe, or jet ski rental/lesson activities to operate between the three sites. However, the County is open to other ideas generated from qualified vendors. Desirable vendors will offer equitable water-based activities compatible with the Sacramento River and all federal, state, and local regulations.
