Options related to this notice: This notice has renewal options (1 additional year optional) The work consists of all the necessary activities, according to the rules of the trade and the laws, to be carried out before, during and after the operations of snow removal and de-icing of the municipal road network. All the roads mentioned in the specifications form a total of approximately fifty-one (51) kilometers. The project estimate will be available as of May 26, 2022 only through the electronic tendering system approved by the government, for a cost established according to the rates in effect. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a bond or a certified check, issued to the order of the Municipality of Saint-Patrice-de-Sherrington, in the amount of $10,000. . Also, each bid must be accompanied by a letter of commitment from an insurance company certifying that the required bonds (other than the bid bond) in the bid documents will be granted to the bidder in the event that the latter becomes the contractor of the contract. In addition, each tender must be accompanied by the contract management regulations attached to the tender documents. This should be initialed. The Municipality of Saint-Patrice-de-Sherrington does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received and incurs no obligation or any costs towards the tenderer(s). The Municipality may, if it is advantageous for it to do so, disregard any lack of conformity of the tender if this lack does not break the rule of equality between the tenderers and it is not required to justify the acceptance or rejection of any submission.
