GE Johnson Construction Company, Inc., hereinafter called the Construction Manager (CM), on behalf of the Comanche County Memorial Hospital, hereinafter called the Owner, will receive sealed bids on the Comanche County Memorial Hospital Histology Lab Relocation. These bids shall include all labor, materials, and equipment to perform the scope of work for their respective bid packages. All properly sealed and labeled bids must be submitted on Contractor's bid form(s) by 2:00 P.M. CDT on June 16, 2022. Bid Packages are currently available on Building Connected. Project Description: Remodel to an existing space within the Comanche County Memorial Hospital, to accommodate the relocation of the Hospital's Histology Lab. Work includes demolition of existing finishes and m e c h a n i c a l / e l e c t r i c a l / p l u m b i n g equipment. The Lab will consist of new finishes, millwork, and mechanical/ electrical/plumbing equipment. Notice to ALL Bidders: Please be advised that this project is subject to the Rules under the venue of Oklahoma State Statute Title 61 (Section 580) for the Construction Management Contract delivery method (see also House Bill No. 2889 and Senate Bill No. 1172). Due to the nature of this project, the required fabrication and delivery of critical materials shall be included in the scope summaries. Multiple crews working in all areas of the project may be required and are to be reflected in your bids. Failure to conduct a thorough site inspection to completely familiarize yourself with the scope of work will NOT relieve any Bidder from their responsibility to provide a complete and comprehensive bid proposal. Any apparent omission not specifically shown on the documents or specified that is required (to be furnished and/or installed) to complete the intended scope of work IS REQUIRED TO BE INCLUDED IN THE BID and will not constitute a claim for additional or extra work. Successful bidders will be required to meet insurance requirements provided and include pricing for use of Textura billing for this project. All bids are to be sealed and CLEARLY labeled by providing the date, contractor name, project name, and indicating the contract scope being bid on the envelope. No additional documentation will be accepted. Bidders must include all scope items and any bid that excludes scope items can be determined to be non-compliant bid and not accepted. Bids received after the bid submission time will not be accepted. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the date of bid opening stated above.
