Description

Renovation of a detention facility in West Valley City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

Project Description: Full remodel of an existing housing unit showers within a secured Juvenile Justice Facility. Work includes but is not limited to: Plumbing, Life Safety, Concrete, Lighting and Interior Finishes. A DFCM Non-Disclosure Agreement Form is required for each person requesting viewing rights to the various project-related documents. Email the completed DFCM Non-Disclosure Agreement Form (which is provided in Buyer Attachments) to dfcmcontracts@utah.gov.
