Renovation of a multi-residential development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Asquith Park (40 Asquith Ave) is a 17-storey apartment building containing 192 residential units and was built in approximately 1984. The existing rooftop diesel generator at Asquith Park is to be demolished and replaced with a new natural gas generator, which is also to be located on the roof. The intent of this project is to furnish and install a new natural gas generator including new electrical, mechanical, structural and demolition of the existing generator system. Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking a Vendor for the provision of Natural Gas Generator Installation at 40 Asquith Ave. TCHC will be awarding the project to the lowest total priced Proposal. This work is categorized as Electrical construction.
