Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

As per the Owner no bids were received for this project. As of 7/5/2022 this project is canceled and will not be rebid. The project will consist of creating an ADA compliant entrance at Door #1 of the Courthouse including removal of the current stoop, creation of concrete wheelchair ramps, installation of handrails and push button door openers. This project is CDBG (Community Development Block Grant) funded and must comply with all CDBG rules and regulations as well as comply with the State Historic Preservation Office specified guidelines. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under this contract, Section 3, and E.O. 11246. The Contract shall be subject to Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA) and federal wage determinations. The Oneida County Facilities Committee will review the bids and award the bid at the Monday, July 11, 2022 meeting at 8:00 a.m. in the Oneida County Courthouse. Oneida County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid it deems most advantageous to the county. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
