SCADA Communications The proposed project located at 16 locations throughout Milwaukie Oregon consists of the following work: Detailed design and testing for radio systems installation. Installation of three radio systems: ATand T LTE, 450 MHZ licensed narrowband, 900MHZ licensed exempt. Startup and commissioning for all systems with network monitoring. Field installation for radio systems with supporting infrastructure. Performance of all other work as detailed in the Bidding Documents. Oregon Public Contracting Law: Bidders are required to comply with applicable bidding and contracting procedures and regulations including conformance to prevailing wage rates. The work is a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. Bid Security: Each bid must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279.029. Each bid must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a bid bond executed in favor of the City of Milwaukie in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. City's Reservations: The City of Milwaukie reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for good cause, or any or all bids upon a finding of the City that it is in the public interest to do so, and to accept that proposal which is in the best interests of the City. Bids may be held by the City for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date Bids are due for the purpose of reviewing Bid Documents and investigating qualifications of Bidders.
