The services of a qualified and experienced demolition contractor to properly perform a wet demolition of which shall include, without limitation, dismantle, remove, dispose of debris, perform cleanup, furnish any required fill dirt and the regrading of the jobsite for the demolition of two (2) single family, residential structures, located at 210 myrtle street, 905 n. Iowa and the tree removal of one vacant residential lot located at 215 e. Parker street.
