Saving Project...

Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo (RMWB) with its head office in Fort McMurray, Alberta, invites proposals from qualified and experienced vendors for the design, supply and installation of two playgrounds located within the urban service area. Location A is a shared module for Timberlea Public School and Fort McMurray Christian School. This project will include the replacement of the section highlighted in blue in Schedule A- Location Maps and Images. The school is seeking equipment that targets ages 5-12 years old as this playground is designated for the older kids. The school is planning an outdoor natural learning space for the school and would like this theme to be incorporated into the playground and/or playground panels. Location B is a playground module located in Barber and Blanchett Park. Two components that have been removed and need replacement. One spring toy remains to be removed and replaced. There is currently red shale on the Northwest corner of the module that is to be removed and replaced with sod.
