The City of South Jordan is seeking a qualified contractor to perform a variety of construction tasks for the Welby Trail Project. The work locations are as follows:Welby Canal road from 11800 S to 4000 W and Yorkshire Dr to 9380 S. The project extents are shown on the attached maps and generally include, but are not limited to Tree Trimming, Site Grading, Saw cut; Delivery, Placement, and Compaction of 8" UTBC per APWA standard; Delivery, Placement, and Compaction of 3" Asphalt Overlay PG58-28 per City and APWA standards; Concrete for Curb and Gutter, Sidewalk and Drive approach; Bollards, Signs and Sign posts; and any other Materials and Labor necessary to complete the job based on construction plans. The work must be substantially complete *90 days from notice to proceed. Anticipated date of Notice to Proceed: July 1 to Sept 1 2022. Bid security in the amount of five (5) percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders (Document 00200).
