Bid documents^ are to be obtained from the City's e- Procurement Portal. Bidders 'Consultants shall create a FREE account with Procure- Now by signing up at website. Once account registration las been completed, browse oack to website. Click on "Submit Response", and follow the instructions to submit the electronic bid. Only Bidders 'Consultants following'the projsct, with an active account, are eligible for the contract award. nVe encourage bidders and the public to participate remotely by watching/listening to the bid opening remotely via the City's livestream: The City of Bloomington"reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities. The City of Bloomington requires ail Bidders/Consultants doing business with the City " not to discriminate on the" basis of race, age, color, religion, gender, ancestry, national origin, marital status, mental or physical disability unrelated to ability, familial status or sexual orientation. Bid must be accompanied by a Bid guaranty which shall not be less than of the amount of the Bid. All guaranties, except surety bonds, will be deposited and reimbursement checks and surety bonds will be issued to unsuccessful bidders following the bid award. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after the bid opening date.
