Renovation of a municipal facility in Hillsdale, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a three-story above grade municipal facility.
The estimated project value is $15,000. Questions are submitted online No Miscellaneous repairs and painting of the walls and ceilings on the first and third floors and miscellaneous items of work to be completed on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors of City Hall located at 97 N. Broad Street, Hillsdale, MI 49242. The project will require all labor, materials and equipment to complete the following items of work in the project area consisting of the work areas, offices, and common spaces on the first floor and some additional items of work as noted on the 2 nd and 3 rd floors. Attached please find a copy of the floor plan of the 1 st floor area. Fill any cracks requiring repair, scrape any areas of curling paint and repair any areas needing plaster/drywall patching. Prepare and paint all walls and ceilings. The rotunda ceiling was previously painted and is not included in this project. Pictures below represent some but not necessarily all areas requiring patching. Contractor will be responsible to address all areas needing patching on first floor. Repair the curling paint areas on the third floor, in the men's and women's restrooms, as well as, other water damage from window leakage and repaint the wall to match. The window leakage points will be repaired by others.
