Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of Freemansburg Borough; or a Bid Bond in favor of Freemansburg Borough, in the amount of 5% of the total bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Clarification Deadline 7/1/2022 12:00 PM It is mutually agreed that damages to the OWNER for failure of the successful bidder to fully complete the work under this Contract on or before the above-stated date shall be Eight Hundred Eighty-Five Dollars ($885.00) for each calendar day
