The project consists of a street reconstruction project, including excavation, backfill, paving, curbing, sidewalk, storm sewer, ADA ramps, labor, equipment, materials, and all other associated work listed herein and as indicated on the plans. Question Deadline 05/22/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Online Portal Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of Freemans burg Borough or a Bid Bond in favor of Freemans burg Borough at 5% of the total bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions in the Instructions to Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days of the opening date. Freemans burg Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities.
